[討論] who take the Gept exam like this?

My teacher is taking the GEPT (advanced level) writing and speaking next
weekend. For the writing test, she said only 170 people out of 300+ will get
to use the computer to do the writing test. The rest will have to write with
pencils. IS THIS FAIR? What is a test if it's not fair

by the way , My teacher she is so upset about this thing
but all i wanna ask is , what if you take a exam like this
what will you do ?
i'm a Taiwanese after all , i may just take a true like this and
do nothing,
but she is such a foreigner
after all , someone have to say something like this
