一、企業難免meeting(開會)，開會要有agenda(議程)，會議中更要有人記錄(take the
minute)。
二、 內文
A: The meeting will take place in the conference room. Did you receive the
agenda for the meeting?
B: Yes. But I wonder how many people will be attending the meeting?
三、多益英檢文法整理
1. take place:發生，conference(N):會議，receive(V):收到，agenda(N):議程，
wonder(V):懷疑，attend(V):參加。
2.上班族難免遇到公司要開會，開會要不report(報告)工作進度，要不就是接受建議
(proposal)以及執行(carry out)相關決議(decision)，這裡take place是指召開或舉行
，例如 The Taiwan Lantern Festival will take place in Miaoli this year.(今年台
灣燈會將在苗栗舉行。)，參加就是attend，attendance(N):參加人數，flight
attendant就是空服員。
3. agenda(N):議程，議程內的細項為item，會議中參加人員要discuss(討論)，會議要有
人take the minutes(做會議記錄)，chairperson(主席)通常得先go through(看過)議程
，接下去the meeting will be started(會議就正式開始啦。)
