Dear Colleagues,

I am a project manager in the Product Research Department, and my team is developing Ergonomic office supplies for left-handed people. As you know, most products on the market are designed for people who use their right hand to write and to carry out most tasks. We feel that, although there are office products available for left-handed individuals, there remains a need for a wider variety of effective, high-quality products.

Currently, we have three prototypes (product models) in the testing phase: scissors, a notebook, and a computer mouse. Before these prototypes undergo formal product testing, we'd like to conduct an internal pretest here at the company. Therefore, I would be very appreciative if left-handed employees volunteered to participate in a one-hour testing session during the week of August 23. The testing session will take place in the Product Research Department on the third floor. We'd like volunteers to
provide input on each prototype's comfort and ease of use. Also, we're very interested in finding out whether these prototypes are sufficiently different from other products already on the market.
