疑問：為甚麼是D 不能選A嗎?

後面的解說是寫選項ABC不合邏輯，BC我一開始就刪掉了可以理解
不過A的意思不是翻成"的"?不能選嗎?

還是說如果題目是The staff ____ an ...(以下略)
就可以選A呢?
