標題[題目] 幾題選擇題, 求解。

題目有點多。
感謝內心看完並解惑的大大們 :)
題目1：

疑問：
我和同學都選D, 答案是: A
(D) reveal 有揭示和顯示的意思
(C) shown 也是顯示出的意思
為什麼不能選呢?
題目2：

(B) forms
答案是B
雖然寫對,但想問為何是form。可否補充在免稅商店買東西手續是什麼??
題目3：

疑惑：這類型題目常看到。但文法觀念 我不懂 可以解釋一下嗎? (加翻譯)

想問為什麼? (為何不能選A)
題目5：

疑惑：此文法的用法＋翻譯, 求解!!

疑問:
為何答案是facility? 這單字不是設施嗎
(還是這裡是翻~在另一本讀到的"工廠"?)
