嗯，因為跳出來偷襲這個動作，已經沒必要保持躲藏了 (攻擊行為都會暴露位置)
所以不需要另外做stealth check，同意此點

如果沒有掩蔽或隱蔽，是沒有辦法躲藏的
而戰鬥中，任何人都是保持對於四面八方的注意與警戒，想要偷偷走到背後是無法達成的
若是非戰鬥中，由於注意力只會有固定方向，因此交由DM判定

In combat,creatures are assumed to be paying attention in all
directions. Outside combat, a creature might be paying attention to something
in a certain direction,allowing you to hide behind the creature’s back.
You make a Stealth check as normal to avoid thecreature’s notice,
since it might hear you.
至於同伴提供的cover是否能躲藏，我不確定
....
