u need a heart shape from another image file or
software like Coreldraw first
then back to photoshop and open a new layer
later on, just past the heart on the new layer and use the select tools
choosin' the region of the heart
(cut down the heart or fill the opposite selected reigon as u whish~)
finally u merge the 2 layer and do a good jub:)
maybe there is still other good ways
but those r what hit my mind right now
(i havn't used photoshop for a long time f^^)
