Dear all,
I am thinking that I might not be able to finish reading all your essays on
college education before Tuesday. In other words, most likely you would not
be able to read and correct your own work as well as two other classmates'
before our Thursday class.
So, what could be something good for you to do before our next meeting?
Since we discussed the grammar point "tense" last Thursday, a good thing to
do is to do exercises related to tense in the grammar book Correct Writing.
I do not have the book with me so I don't really know how many exercises
there are in that chapter. I think if there are more than 6, do only 6. If
there are fewer than 6, do all. In the case that there isn't a chapter on
tense, do the "sentense fragment" chapter, 5 exercises.
