為什麼地瓜粥叫Sweet potato congee??
字典上congee是告別的意思,
難道外國人吃了地瓜粥, 從此就告別甜馬鈴薯嗎?
我倒覺得另一說法會合理些,
大家都知道, 外國人耳朵不太好,
聽著台灣人"蕃薯""蕃薯"的講, 把它唸成了congee꜊
頗有意思的說~
