灣娘台灣閩南語漢字輸入法小幅度更新 0.0.25

* 修正無法輸入Shift + 組合鍵
* 修正注音鍵盤 0(an) 無法輸入的問題
* 注音鍵盤輸入 ung 會自動轉換成 ong
* ~ 切換 漢字/台羅
* 修正候選單出現的位置

---------------------------------------------------------
* Fix Shift + Combinaton problem.
* Fix the 0(an) key can't input when Tsuin keyboard is enable.
* Phonetics "ung" can auto transfer to "ong" when Tsuin keyboard is enable.
* Use " ~ " to switch between Hanji and Roman.
* Fix the candidate window's posotion.

在注音鍵盤時我把 ung(ㄨㄥ) 跟 ong 做連結

方便習慣注音鍵盤的人使用
