[請益] 有關missing data的處理

小弟最近在處理ranifall時間序列資料，因為非大氣相關系所，所以想請教一般情況碰到

missing data都怎麼處理? e.g.下面這筆rainfall資料，第一行是時間第二行是雨量(mm)

ps : 有google過有些是用moving average，但是我用3點10點都不太好 0.0
