        TAKE THAT bandmember MARK OWEN is set to marry long time lover British

        actress EMMA FERGUSON.

        The famous couple plan to wed in Italy's romantic Tuscany region at a

        modest ceremony this summer (07).

        The engagement follows the birth of the couple's first son ELWOOD JACK

        OWEN in August last year (06).
