If you are talking about the "foodtown" near the state high way 8,

I suppose your relative live nearby "Pearland"? If it is,

then 越華市場 should be called "Hong Kong supermarket" in English.

 (It's just on the opposite side of 越華市場)

I am not quite sure, but it should be there.
