[問題] 在日本東京辦理泰簽

    人不在台灣，只能在東京辦理泰簽，頃向不用落地簽因為會居留超過15天。

    請問有人在東京辦理過泰簽嗎？網站上要求的資料很多，比在台灣辦泰簽要
    求更多輔助資料，洋洋灑灑列了12條準備事項，其中要求需要保證人：
    7.  For non-Japanese applicant, an original guarantee letter must
    be presented together with a copy of guarantor’s passport or
    driving license duly signed by the guarantor.
    這保證人是什麼意思？我需要有日籍保證人還是泰籍保證人？我都沒有耶該
    怎麼辦

    又有這一條：
    4.  For non-Japanese applicant, a copy of resident card or
    certificate of alien registration. The applicant is also required
    to present the original documents of identification upon visa
    application.
    我是以觀光簽進日本，我沒有日本resident card or certificate of
    alien registration，那我可以在東京辦理泰簽嗎？
