When your team has gained possession of the basketball wether it be
from a turnover, defensive rebound or made basket, they must have
recognition of were both the offensive team and defensive team are
positioned on the court, the offence wants to advance the basketball
quickly trying to create numbers and scoring options ahead of the ball,
this is simply called advantage/disadvantage.
在對手失誤、我們抓到防守籃板，或是對方進球後，我們必須馬上了解在球場上的
相對位置，並且迅速製造數目上的優勢來進行攻守轉換。
接下來就列舉從防守到進攻需要注意的事項。
a.Players need to convert quickly from defence to offence, react quickly
once possession has been gained.
迅速佔據有力的進攻位置。
b.Communication is vital, tell the player who has possession of the ball
were you are on the court i.e.: right lane, left lane middle or basket
跑動時每個人必須了解他所要走的路徑。
c.Run your lanes hard and wide, stretch and expose the defence. Expand
the passing lanes making your offensive transition more effective.
讓傳球的空間拉大，提升有效率的進攻空間。
