Because the nervous system plays the largest role in skill development
it is important to periodically give you nervous system short breaks
(one or two days). What you will find is that when you return your
"handles" will be on point. Always do things to increase your
uncomfortableness while dribbling. This can be done by going faster,
adding weight (heavy balls or wrist weights), or with dribble glasses
while being defended. Growing up I slept with my ball and took it most
places. But most importantly I always practiced dribbling as if several
people were attempting to steal the ball-just a real "out of control"
dribble until it became comfortable.

事情,可以增加球的重量或是綁手部重量訓練的東西。更可以練習有人對你抄球的
時候,剛好"out of control"到重新控制球為止。
