   Again the rules for defending lateral inside post screens are:
   1. The screened defender always steps under before the screen arrives.
   2. "Low cut" (the cutter goes low) = step-under and stay.
   3. "High cut" (the cutter goes high) = step-under and switch.
   4. We also "step under and switch" when defending inside post screens on
      baseline out-of-bounds plays.

   在低位的檔人防守還是有幾個要點要記得: 
   1.還沒有擋到位就要先踩底線比對手更快搶到位置。
   2.如果往籃框方向擋人則搶到底線的位置，並不用交換防守。
   3.如果上中到高位原本防守擋人的防守者就要交換防守，並且先搶上中的位置。
   4.如果底線發界外球則可以用3.的防守方式。
