Line of big men at top of the key. A coach at each elbow. Each coach has
a ball. One coach says go and throws the ball off of the backboard and the
first big man in line has to go get it at the highest point possible. He
catches it, pivots, throws it back to the coach he received it from. He
then goes across the lane and calls for the ball from the second coach.
He receives the second ball and turns and shoots a layup.
練習集中精神去搶下球，首先由其中訓練員往籃板丟球，接著球員必須要在最高點
把球搶下之後轉身將球傳回給訓練員，再向另一個訓練員要球轉身投進。
