19. Conquer the boards
Take the ball and throw it against the glass jump up catch the
rebound and throw it against the boards again. Repeat until tired.
20. Ups
It gets you jumping higher in a short amount of time.
21. Tip Drill
Throw the ball off of the backboard whil holding the ball above your
head on either side of the basket. Catch the ball in the air and before
landing throw it off of the backboard again. Do about 20 of these and
then bank in your final shot. Do on both sides of the basket.
