Have one man under the basket to get rebounds and pass. You run from a
starting point about free throw line length from basket then run left or
right about seven feet. Get set and run back to starting point get set
again. Have man under basket pass ball to you and quick release shoot.
Have man under basket grab rebound and do it over. Do not walk it, keep
running and practice it a lot. Getting set and quick release. Also helps
secondary man practice rebounding and passing.

這個練習一個在籃下撿籃板兼傳球,練習投籃者則從罰球線衝刺到底線再拉到兩邊底
線接應籃板手的傳球投籃,持續的再衝刺的狀況下接球投籃。如此的練習可以持續的
模擬場上真實情形而不是單純的練投籃,而籃下的人也可以練習抓籃板的技巧。這個
練習有趣的地方在於射手亂跑就會出現各種狀況,持續的衝刺也可以讓自己了解為甚
麼練習時很準,上場就會不準。這個練習一定都要持續用衝刺絕對不能用走的去練習。
