One person is at the foul line, while the other is at the baseline under
the goal the first person is shooting at. The person on the baseline rolls
the ball to the person on the foul line. When the shooter gets the ball
they try to shoot the ball before the roller gets on you and guards you,
or you can dribble a maximum of three times. If the shooter makes it, the
next person in line on the baseline takes the rollers job and does what he
did, but if the shooter misses it, the roller takes his place. When all the
people have had a turn to shoot, the person who made it the most amount of
times wins.
練習人數: 2+
這個練習必須留一個人在罰球線，剩下的人在籃框底下，先把球丟給罰球線的人，
接著馬上衝上去防守，而在罰球線上的人則馬上出手投籃，或是最多三次運球。如
果投射的球員投進球，下一個人則去做傳球的工作，而投籃者繼續出手。如果投射
的人沒進則由原本防守者去做投射的工作。
