Run to half, come back (three point line) take a three and repeat. Player
1 runs to half court, touches the line, then runs back to the three point
line, gets the passed ball from player 2, player 1 shoots the threepointer,
then repeats the drill to all around the three point line. Shoot from
inside the three point line, or around the hoop and lay ups. Go for about
2-3 minutes until short break, teaching the player skills of shooting when
tired.

這個練習是先由衝刺到半場在衝回三分線投籃開始。第一個球員跑到半場碰到半場
線後回到三分球,接應第二個人的傳球做投籃。持續的連續衝刺後投籃能讓你在
running game裡面有外線的投射能力。如果是內線球員則可以衝刺到罰球線去做跳
投,持續兩三分鐘的衝刺後投籃,大約休息30秒後繼續進行。這個練習的重點在於衝
刺要很努力認真去衝刺,你上了場就會真的去衝刺,而接應球出手則需要保持身體的平
衡後出手,這些對於Early Offence都是很重要的練習方式。
