Free throw drill run by the University of Wisconsin. We use as many
baskets as we can. We put 3 guys at a basket — one ball. On the far end
on the gym we have the remainder of the players stand in a line. Once a
player has shot his two free throws he sprints to the line of players at
the other end and slap hands with guy in front of the line. That player
then sprints to the basket that was just vacated. We just keep it going.
We do this for about 10 minutes.
練習人數: Do it with the whole team
這個練習是Wisconsin大學常常練習的。三個人一組同個籃框,當第一人投進兩球以
後,跑到另一個半場跟對手擊掌後,在跑回原本的籃框繼續投籃,持續練習10分鐘。
