Line up behind the free-throw line. First person shoots, if he/she hits
the shot they join the back of the line, if they miss they sit in the hot
seat. When the next person shoots if he/she hits the shot, the person in
the hot seat is eliminated from the game. However if they miss they have
to sit in the hot seat and the person who was there before rejoins the game.
練習人數: 2+
這個練習是大家排在罰球線比罰球的淘汰遊戲。假設第一個人罰進了就排到後面去，
如果沒進就要被罰做到淘汰區。當下一個人罰進則淘汰在淘汰區的球員，如果第二個
也沒進，就換第二個進入淘汰區，第一個沒進的球員則排回後排。
