Take 2 balls and dribble one in your strong hand and hold the other ball
in your weak hand. While dribbling, throw the ball in your weak hand
againstthe backboard and catch it (while dribbling the other one). Repeat
until you are to tired that you can't do anymore. Shooting with your
opposite hand and rebounding.
練習人數: 1-2
這個練習是Wisconsin大學常常練習的。三個人一組同個籃框,當第一人投進兩球
以後,跑到另一個半場跟對手擊掌後,在跑回原本的籃框繼續投籃,持續練習10
分鐘。
