Learn to react and shoot fast when the ball is passed to you down low. Set up three cones 1. at layup area right 2. in the middle of the free throw line 3. at layup area leftCREATE A TRIANGLE Player one starts at layup area right, while player two is under the basket with the ball. When the whistle is blown player two passes the ball to player one, he then shoots and runs around the free throw cone to the left layup position, player two rebounds the ball and passes to player one as he arrives to the layup cone. Right as he shoots he runs around the triangle to receive another pass.
