Great shooting drill for teams or individual players. Start with 3 players
at the top of the key 2 of them holding basketballs. The rest stand in a
line at the baseline. Another person stands under the basket as a rebounder.
The first person at the top of the key and passes to the first in the
baseline line. The receiver shoots, and the rebounder grabs it and passes
to the player with out the ball. The shooter becomes the rebounder. Shoot
as many shots as you want and then move to the next spot-the elbow. Take
shots at the left baseline, left elbow, top of the key, right baseline,
and right elbow and move the passing lines accordingly so they don't get
in the way. You can increase distance away from the basket. Shoot with one
dribble as well. Individua l variation: Shoot, sprint after the rebound,
run back and shoot again.
練習人數: Any number
這個練習適合個人練習也適合全隊一起練習。首先三個球員在圈頂其中兩個各拿一
顆球,未持球者則站在底線附近,其餘的人則站在籃下撿籃板。首先拿球的球員先
傳給底線的球員去做投射,籃板撿下來則傳給剛剛傳完球的人的人。原本的投籃者
繼續接著到下一點罰球圈兩端投籃。順序是從左底線、左罰球線圈、圈頂、右罰球
圈頂以及右邊底線,來做投籃。如果你是射程較遠的人則可以拉到三分線外。連續
的投射能讓你的投射能力大幅增加。
