Great way to improve free-throw (FT) shooting. Start out doing 15 Push-Ups.
After ur done shoot a free-throw. If u make it shoot again, when u miss,
drop and do 10 push-ups. Keep going until you make 30 FT's. Keep Trying.
Move up in tha number of push ups. When ur shooting your FT's aim right
above the center loop (that holds the net), 2 increase ur chances of making
a swish!

這個練習是增進你的罰球能力。先做15個伏地挺身在接著開始罰球,如果罰進就
繼續,如果沒進就在做10個伏地挺身,持續這樣練習到罰進30球為止。在伏地挺
身跟罰進球的數目上,都可以做調整,這樣就可以精進你的罰球能力。
