Perfect if you're a big man that can shoot from the perimeter, works on your inside post moves as well as your perimeter play. You have to make 250 shots every time you do it. Get close in (layup range) and MAK 10 shots from both baselines, then at a 45 degree angle from the baseline, then 90 degree angle from the baseline, MAKE ten shots from each spot, then move out after one time around the court, moving out 5 times, the 5th time you should be shooting 3's……….will vastly improve your shooting. Add the number of shots you have to make…add a defender if you want.
