Will find your range. Shoot from 5 spokes (corner, top, wings). Start
close to the basket. Every time you hit three, take a step back. Every
time you miss three, step closer. You should quickly find your range this
way. In games try your best to find your way to this spots, and your
shooting percentage should increase.

這個練習是讓我們找到自己的射程範圍。先從基本投籃的五個點,包含底線、圈頂
跟兩翼的短距離開始投起。在每一點投進三球就往後退一步,而沒進三球就往前進
一步,這個方式可以讓你很快找出自己的射程範圍。真正上場比賽就進量在這些射
程範圍出手來增加命中率。其中投籃的姿勢動作都應該模擬場上的情況,才能找出
真正的射程範圍。
