Good way to improve shooting! If you are a right hander have your right
legs about and inch or two in front of your left foot – visa versa for
lefties. Then keep your elbow alligned with your front leg. When you have
those two ready shoot extending you arm fully and wrist extended. First
do this 3-4 feet away from hoop then when you feel comfortable move away
to 5-6 and then keep moving back until you are a perfect shooter!
練習人數: 1 or 2 for a rebounder

籃時想辦法讓自己的手臂跟手腕都能延展開。先作約3到4英尺的投籃,然後看你覺
得舒適的程度來決定往後走多少,這樣就能夠精進你的投射技能。
