Shoot free throws with a running total up to a specific number. Start at
zero. If you make a free throw, add one point to your score. If you miss,
subtract two. Keep a running total until you reach your desired number.
(Remember, if too many are missed, you can get into the negative). Make a
miss worth three or four. Give the players a specific number of free
throws to reach the desired number. If they don't, however many short they
are they will run one length.

這個練習是由增進罰球能力的方法。從零開始算假如你罰進一球就加一分,不進就
扣一分。如果太多不進球其實可以歸零即可,這樣的方式其實我在自己練球時也有
做過,其實最高累積分數只到7分,這跟罰球的穩定度有很大關係,當然也考驗心
裡素質,大家可以練習時玩玩看。
