This drill improves the shooting form, and shooting shots all around the
basket. First you start under the basket on the right side and do a bank
shot in. Then you take a step to your left and shoot again with your right
hand take another step shoot again. Do this three more times until you are
on the other side of the basket. Then switch hands. Then take a step to
your right shoot with your left hand. Repeat four more times until you are
on the other side of the basket, switch hands and repeat until tired.
(Remember to keep the right form, and take a step back every time you
switch hands. Also if you miss three in a row you take a step in). While
you take your shot, you can put your hand behind your back for a more
effective practice. Do not jump when you take your shot to improve wrist
strength.
練習人數: 1 or more
這個練習能穩定你的投射姿勢並且能讓你能全方位投射。首先從籃下投進開始,接
著往左邊一步做右手投射超過三次,著換手投籃。接著換到右邊一步做左手投射超
過三次,著換手投籃。記得要保持標準的投射姿勢,否則一切練習都是空談。你也
可以把沒用上的手背到身後,在這個練習裡不要跳躍以增進手腕的強度。
