Shoot like Jabbar. First start from in front of the foul line and dribble
as you take a step. Then you drive in as if you were about to do a layup
but slow down, pull your right hand (or left) up and put the ball above
your head as you shoot it. GET INTO A BOX OUT POSITION EXACTLY AS YOU
SHOOT IT TO GET YOUR REBOUND. If needed, get a rebounder to help their
rebounding skill and their offensive awareness.

擊範圍。要做勾手投籃一開始練習可以慢一點,緩慢的把手伸直把球高舉,接著用
手指控制方向去勾射得分。這個練習可以反覆的利用帶一次運球後勾手投籃直到找
到手感。
