Good drill from the movie ‘Glory Road’. Helps big men in rebound
tip-ins. Find a small mark on a wall, with a good distance of height for
you to jump. Form shoot the ball (Shoot with one hand) onto the spot with
your dominant hand. Then jump up and tip it back to the same spot with the
same hand. Repeat about 50 times. Then do least dominant hand. Then
alternate hands. Have a teammate form shoot it up, and then the next
person tips it up and so forth.

這種練習是讓大個子球員練習把球點進籃框。找到一個有記號的牆讓你可以找到自
己彈跳適宜的高度,用單手對牆投球,然後跳起把球點到剛剛投射出去的那個點。
重複50次以後換手再做一次。
