Improves your jumping! Take a board about 3-5 feet long and 2-3 inches
high and put the top of your foot on the board and raise your-self up on
your tippy toes and hold for 1 second (do slowly) and repeat 20 times a
day! Get a bigger board! If you feel a pain that is good!
