A great play for teams from U/14 and up. You can either have a defensive
and an offensive team or you can run it with only a offensive team. You
have 2 offensive players on ether wing and a point guard. Also you will
need two people on the low and high post. The point guard runs the drill
and chooses which way he passes. If he passes to the person on the left
wing then the person on the post will go to the low post and the other
post up player will go to the high post and then the point guard will cut
through the key drawing his defender and then the low post will fake pass
and then the high posted player will cut then the low post player will
pass to him and the make the lay up. If this does not work you can kick
the ball out and re-set up. Take this drill slowly at first and slowly
gain speed.

這種練習是讓大個子球員能增加進攻機會。在練習的時候可以只要進攻球隊,或是
進攻防守都有。首先兩個進攻球員在兩翼控球後衛在圈頂,如果控球後衛選擇傳左
邊,則右邊的低位球員就上中,接著控球就切中走掉,而低位拿到球的球員可以假
傳,高位的球員接著在走一次中間空手切去做上籃。一開始練習的時候都可以放慢
速度來要求進攻的完整性。
