Start to the right or left of the hoop roughly one foot out from the
backboard. Using the same hand as the side your standing on, perform a
shot off the backboard, get the rebound (keeping the ball above your head)
and then do the same on the other side. The rythm should be "Left, Right,
Left, Right" and so on, not "Left, Left, Right" etc. For goal setting, a
good target is to get 50 consecutive baskets. If you miss, start again!
Increase or decrease the number of consecutive baskets depending on ability.
Make shots slightly further out. Improving close shot accuracy for both
hands, rebounding (importance of keeping the ball high).

頭然後做投籃。在練習的時候必須要左右左右交替練習。最好是可以連續50球投進
,如果失手就重新來過。這個練習可以讓你用很快的速度把球準確的放進籃框,而
不用運球墊步再投籃,對於籃下的得分很有幫助。
