You post up on the left side of the basket dribbling with your right hand,
your left shoulder and left foot are facing the basket and your back is
parallel to the baseline. Pivot to face the basket (slightly away) with
your right foot with your elbows stuck out as you turn and do this as fast
as you can. Then take a jumper immediately. Do this on the other side with
opposite hand, pivot etc. You could pivot with other foot and immediately
lay in in pivoting the other way.

這練習一開始在左邊禁區拿球並且用右手運球,而你的左邊肩膀跟左腳就要去對抗
防守者,而你的背則與底線平行。轉身去面對籃框,而此時你的右腳及肩膀順勢快
速地轉過來,接著馬上跳投。這樣的轉身跳投練習需要考慮的是重心的拿捏跟出手
的時機。
