Getting good at hook shots. Start on the right side of the basket about 3
to 4 feet out. Do a right handed hook shot. Then go to the left side and
do a left handed hook shot. Do this until you make both like make-make.
Not make-miss-make. Then start on the right side again except do a left
hook shot. Then go to the left side and do a right handed hook shot. Same
as the other way. Start getting farther back as you make them. For big
men but small people to.

這個練習是讓大個子球員在靠近籃框時有小鉤射的能力。大概從三呎四呎的位置開始
進攻,如果要用鉤射,就需要把自己種新調整好。用左邊肩膀跟左邊的身體取頂出空
間,接著讓自己垂直起跳做小鉤射,最怕就是身體歪著隨手亂拋,那不是小鉤射那是
亂投。左右手都持續練習之後,就可以讓自己往比較遠的地方練習。
