  而第四人Pierre D. Mitchell,則因為不配合警方程序搭上巡邏車而被逮捕.
  這起事故發生在Foye生涯第二次先發比賽後的幾小時後,根據官方發言所指出,
  當時因為Foye的兩位親戚在他駕駛汽車時,在車上發生爭吵,Foye只好把車停在路邊,
  並告訴他們到車外解決問題.


: "I was not involved at all," Foye said. "I just want to make that clear. I
: want to apologize to my fans. That's not me, and it won't be me in the future
: because I'm much smarter than that."
: He apologized to the Wolves organization and fans for the attention caused by

: "Basically, I tried to stop the situation and what was happening," Foye said.
: Foye said police handled the situation properly. He said it bothers him that
