Q: I want to buy one Kevin Garnett T-shirt and Wolves T-shirt. However I am
not in the USA. I just want to ask whether Singapore or China have Wolves
shops or not.
-- Zheng Tianyou, Singapore
A: You can actually order things online to be sent to you. Try our website,
or www.nba.com. But if that doesn't work for you, try these two Chinese sites
courtesy of our friend Chen Zhou here in Minneapolis:

Q: I live in Puerto Rico, but I'm a huge Timberwolves fan!! I even fly there
once a year to see you play (All For KG)!! For this up coming Draft if you
don't get one of the top 2 picks. I think you should consider bring in some
international players!! Like Yi Jianlian -- he can play SF, PF or even C if
he gets some weight. He is an excellent free throw shooter for a big man.
Look at Toronto for example in just one year they bring some talents from
overseas, team players with an exceptional work ethic, the things the Wolves
lack now (Except for KG and The Youngest) and they improved by 20 wins this
season!!
-- Tommy, Orocovis, Puerto Rico
A: Plus, any team that gets Yi gets a massive marketing push. We'll see who's
there at No. 7.
Q: How long will it take for KG to have enough talent behind him to go all
the way and finally win a championship?
-- Rob, Prior Lake, MN
A: That's a good question Rob, and we all wish we had an answer. KG still has
several good years left, and including this year's first-round pick, the
Wolves now have a solid stable of young talent, including Foye, Smith, and
McCants. One of those youngsters needs to emerge into a true superstar to
complement the Big Ticket. Who do you think it'll be?
Q: Hey!! What's up guys?
-- Mariah (age 12), Albert Lea, MN
A: Hi Mariah. Thanks for the shout out. Suffice it to say that we're
extremely busy getting ready for June 28, the summer league in Vegas and
training camp.
Q: I know I might be asking a little too much but I was wondering if you
could ever come over for my birthday party or the last day of school?
-- Joshua, MN
A: You know what Josh, we'd love for the players to be able to do things like
that, but unfortunately none of them are in town right now. We do have a few
suggestions for a sweet b-day bash: Chuck E. Cheeses, a Lynx game or Twins
game, a Lake Minnetonka beach party or...We don't know. Hey, maybe you should
tell us what some cool b-day parties are these days? Write us back.
Q: After seeing Randy Foye explode during his rookie debut in the NBA, do you
think he will follow in the footsteps of The Big Ticket as being the next
generation superstar for this franchise in years to come?
-- Jason, Blaine, MN
A: Like we told Rob, we certainly hope so. He's shown all the signs that he
can do it with continued growth. He's incredibly gifted athletically, he has
good mechanics on his jump shot, he's a very capable defender and, perhaps
most importantly, he really, really wants to be great. His work ethic has
impressed everyone at Target Center and around the league, and no one will be
surprised if he turns into the next Wolves superstar.
Q: Guten Tag from Deutschland!! I moved from Minnesota to Germany a little
over 5 years ago now. Thanks to NBA TV, I think I have converted the people
in my town to KG and Timberwolves fans. There still is some opposition from
Football (sorry Soccer) and Dirk, but I think I can sway them ;-) Especially
when the Wolves get back to post season prominence, which leads to my draft
question: Aside from obvious (Oden and Durant), will the Wolves be targeting
a "ready to contribute" kind of player, a multi-year player in college kind
of guy, or more of a "project" player? Good luck with the lottery!! Komm nach
Wesel if you are ever in the country.
-- Francis, Wesel, Germany
A: Mr. Wesel, make sure to stay tuned to www.timberwolves.com throughout this
month, because we'll be breaking down each player we rank in the top 10 (and
perhaps some others) for your reading pleasure. Our interns are scouring the
Internet to dig up every single article on the prospects, and we'll make
sense of it before regurgitating it to the public.
Q: Who would win a fight between Crunch, Chuck Norris, '24' superstar Jack
Bauer and your Timberwolves interactive services guy with the impossibly long
name (Scott Spiridi-whatchamacallit)?
-- John Paul, Northfield, MN
A: First of all, it's Spiridigliozzi. Get it straight, please. Secondly,
while "Spear," Crunch, and Chuck Norris are all quite tough, it's obvious
that Jack Bauer would kill everybody. "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME!" A good Chuck
Norris joke for you on the way out: Chuck Norris is currently suing NBC,
claiming Law and Order are trademarked names for his left and right legs.
Q: What reality TV show is Kobe Bryant auditioning for?
-- Phil, Los Angeles, CA
A: We're not sure, but it would be sweet if he were the next "
