The Clippers waived veteran forward Mark Madsen on Friday.
Madsen was sent to L.A. in a late July trade involving Quentin Richardson,
but he wasn't going to crack the rotation anyway. The Clippers have trimmed
their roster to 12 players, giving them plenty of flexibility to make moves
throughout the season.
