John Galliano Out The Dior,
Hired To Design New NASCAR Racing Suits
DAYTONA BEACH, FL –
Today NASCAR announced that gay fashion designer John Galliano
has been hired to create a new design for the NASCAR suits.
Galliano was recently fired by fashion house Dior
after video of his anti-semitic rant in a Paris restaurant went public.
Galliano’s preliminary sketches have included
a number of dramatic changes to the shape and style of the old suits.
The new suits will be made from skintight spandex
and will only zip up halfway leaving the racer’s chests exposed.
This was initially met with great resistant until NASCAR fans
and drivers realized that Danica Patrick would be wearing the same suit.
