我是安裝VPN Client程式
第一次安裝
安裝進行中感覺電腦好像沒在執行
以為當掉了
這時應該是沒安裝成功
因為最後沒出現"完成"
所以就重開機
再第二次安裝
卻出現訊息:
Another version of this product has been found.
It willl be uninstalled first and then the install can continue.
接著
You must restart your system in order to continue the install.
就一直不能安裝VPN
到新增/移除程式中也沒看到VPN這程式
根本無法移除掉
請問好心人
如何可以解決這問題
