你可以進到VM資料夾把以下檔案砍掉
1.類似"暫停"符號(圖案上有兩條直線)
2.*.mem檔案可以砍掉
3.*.dmp
以上都是VM當掉時會產生的TEMP FILE，砍掉不會有影響
但可能會需要重開好幾次及砍好幾次。

切記*.vmdk和*.vmx不要砍到。

→ athur1945   :另外圖片上方有兩個.lck的資料夾也刪掉
→ athur1945   :刪掉之後可能還是會當並且又跑出這些檔案
→ athur1945   :你就在砍..我記得兩三次就會恢復正常了
→ athur1945   :擔心砍錯的話，先把VM資料夾備份起來
推 GBO5        :我看 2. .mem   我的是.vmem 這可以砍嗎?
