問題:
The total length of three rods with lengths 1500,233,and 600mm.
sol: 1500mm
233mm
600mm
-------
2383mm round to 2400mm and report as 2.4*10^3mm
為何答案2383最後要寫成2400呢?
if the lengths had been reported as 150.,233,and600.mm,the correct answer
would have been 2383mm.
這又是為何呢?
