你要問的compound應該是 MgSi(0.95)Al(0.05)Ox吧
解法很簡單 即使是非化學計量(non-stoichiometric)的化合物
也必須維持電中性
所以由 MgSiO3就可知道 Mg為+2，Si為+4，O為-2
則 (+2)+(0.95*4)+(0.05*3)+(-2x)＝0
就可以解出x＝2.975
