The availability of different protein purification techniques have become an
essential tool in every laboratory where protein purification is needed, such as
（1）ion exchange chromatography,（2）chromatofocusing chromatography, and（3）gel
filtration chromatography（4）ELISA（5）2-D gel electrophoresis. Describe the separation th
eory of these five different techniques in the process of protein purification?
