我個人選擇A，拿去問學校老師他說A、C、D都是對的
但這題是單選題，煩請大大幫忙解答:)

→ ellenroy:也不是由RNA polymerase合成 是由poly-A polymerase合成

推 spjuy:(D)  3'tail由polyadenylate polymerase合成
→ spjuy:5'cap由一群貼附在poly II的複合體合成
→ spjuy:3'tail只存在於mRNA上
→ spjuy:RNA polymerase I(Pol I)負責合成pre-rRNA
→ spjuy:Pol II合成mRNA和一些特殊的RNA
→ spjuy:Pol III合成tRNA,5S rRNA(rRNA的一片段),較小的特殊RNA
→ spjuy:5'cap/3'tail不等於端粒，端粒只存在於DNA
